Strip casters are applicable to metal alloy flakes production by induction heating Fe-based or Ni-based alloys under vacuum environment or inert gas atmosphere and pouring the molten alloys onto chilling copper roll through titling system and pouring system to solidify them into ribbons and then second time cooling inside water-cooling unloading mechanism.
Application：Permanent magnets, Ni-H2 batteries
Features：Constant pouring and casting, chilling and solidifying, uniform thickness(0.25～0.35mm).
